By purchasing, downloading, or using a Grove Wellness Collection resource, you agree to these terms, the Grove Wellness Privacy Policy, and the Grove Wellness Refund Policy. Payhip and the payment processor may also present terms that apply to their services.
Grove Wellness resources provide general education and wellness support. They are not therapy, medical or legal advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a safety plan. Purchasing or using a resource does not create a therapist-client or other clinical relationship with Solace Grove Behavioral Health or any contributor.
Results are not promised. Choose only exercises that feel appropriate for you and stop any practice that causes distress or discomfort.
Prices are shown before purchase. Payhip handles checkout, applicable discounts, order confirmation, and digital delivery. Stripe processes card payments. Applicable taxes may be calculated or facilitated through Payhip based on the checkout information provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate order information and for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout.
Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, save, and print the resource for your own personal use. Copyright and all other ownership rights remain with Solace Grove Behavioral Health, Inc. or the identified rights holder.
You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, distribute copies, upload the resource to a shared library or platform, remove ownership notices, or use the resource to create a competing product. A purchase does not include a professional, classroom, group, organizational, or client-distribution license.
If an order is duplicated, the wrong product is delivered, or a file is inaccessible or materially defective, follow the process in the Refund Policy. We may first provide a replacement file or reasonable access assistance.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a resource. Boundary scripts may not be safe in a controlling, abusive, coercive, or violent relationship. Do not use a script if it could increase danger.
