Jennifer Sluga

As Clinical Director, Jennifer provides the clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision that keep care at Solace Grove safe, consistent, and grounded in trust. A therapist, trainer, and consultant who specializes in complex trauma, she is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant and a Wisconsin board-approved supervisor for clinicians pursuing LPC and SAC licensure — the foundation she draws on to guide our clinical team and shape trauma-informed practices across the practice.

An Army veteran and former Veterans' Service Officer, Jennifer has spent her career serving trauma survivors and training clinicians, advocates, and organizations in survivor-centered care. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a National Certified Counselor, and her work has been recognized with the Wisconsin Women Veteran of the Year Award and UW–Madison's Early Career Award.

Ricardo M. Perez

Ricardo provides individual and group therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. His approach focuses on helping clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, including work in inpatient and intensive outpatient settings, Ricardo supports individuals facing more complex challenges, including co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. He works to create a sense of stability while helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ricardo utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
