Who we serve

Three programs. One place to complete them.

Each program has its own referral source and its own reporting. Here is what we provide for each.

  1. IDP

    Driver Safety Plan

    Referred by: your county’s IDP assessment agency after an OWI.

    We provide: AODA assessment, individual and group counseling, and the progress and completion reports your assessor needs to close out your plan.

    Bring: the deadline written on your plan.

  2. Court

    Drug Court and OWI Court

    Referred by: the court, your case manager, or your probation agent.

    We provide: assessment, individual and group counseling, care for mental health and substance use together, and attendance and progress reports on the court’s schedule.

    Also: written letters for court dates on request.

  3. TAD

    Treatment Alternatives and Diversion

    Referred by: your county’s TAD coordinator or case manager.

    We provide: assessment, individual and group counseling, and treatment updates to your case manager throughout your participation.

    At completion: a discharge summary for your program.

How it works

Three steps to get started.

Both are needed: you contact us, and your program sends your referral. Together, these help us arrange your care.

    Reach out to us.

    Request an appointment or call us. Tell us which program referred you: driver safety plan, drug court, OWI court, or TAD.

  2. 02

    Your referral comes in.

    For a Driver Safety Plan, your county assessor sends it. For drug court, OWI court, or TAD, your agent or coordinator sends it.

  3. 03

    We arrange your appointments.

    We review your referral, confirm the services and costs, and discuss appointment options. Let us know any deadline on your plan or your next court date.

Reports to your county, court, or program are included, never billed separately.

If cost is a concern, call us. We work with people individually.

For county assessors, courts, and TAD coordinators

Send a referral. Help care begin.

We accept referrals from every Wisconsin county. All reporting goes back to the referring program on your schedule, with the client’s signed release on file.

  • Driver Safety Plan: assessment and treatment per the plan, with progress and completion reports to the assessor.
    WASP / WisDOT provider number 15252513 · DHS 75.50 certification 3865
  • Drug court / OWI court: intake confirmation, attendance and progress reports on your reporting schedule, prompt notice of missed appointments, and court letters on request.
  • TAD: intake confirmation, progress updates to the case manager, and a discharge summary at completion. If your county requires provider enrollment or a contract, contact us and we’ll complete it.

For OWI cases, the county-designated assessment agency conducts the official assessment and writes the driver safety plan. Solace Grove provides clinical assessment and treatment following referral from the assessor, court, or program.
