How it works

Three steps to get started.

Both are needed: you contact us, and your county sends your referral. Together, these help us arrange your care.

  1. 01

    Reach out to us.

    Request an appointment or call us. Tell us you have a driver safety plan and need to arrange care.

  2. 02

    Your county sends the referral.

    Ask your assessor to send your plan and required paperwork. Your assessor can use the county referral form below to send the documents.

  3. 03

    We arrange your appointments.

    We review your referral, confirm the services and costs, and discuss appointment options. Let us know the deadline written on your plan.

Your county assessor creates the driver safety plan. We provide appropriate clinical services following the referral.

  • Substance use / AODA assessment
  • Individual substance use counseling
  • Group counseling
  • Care for mental health and substance use together
  • Progress, attendance, and completion reports for your county, with your written release

Meet at our Milwaukee office or by video anywhere in Wisconsin. Appointments are available Monday–Saturday, 6 AM–10 PM.

Group sessions are offered by video. Spanish-language care is available.

Session costs

Know what to expect.

  • Assessment / clinical intake$175
  • Individual session · 45 minutes$150
  • Group session$75

Reports to your county are included, never billed separately.

If cost is a concern, call us. We work with people individually.

We're contracted with a growing list of insurance plans and adding more as we're approved. Call us with your card and we'll check your coverage before you schedule.

The county-designated assessment agency conducts the official OWI assessment and writes the driver safety plan. Solace Grove provides clinical assessment and treatment following referral.
