About Jessica
Experience grounded in recovery, resilience, and compassionate support.
Jessica brings nearly a decade in behavioral health, with deep roots in substance use and recovery care. Her experience spans residential recovery and outpatient settings—growing from behavioral health technician to master’s-level clinician—alongside earlier work as a substance abuse counselor.
Her clinical focus includes trauma and PTSD, substance use and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and crisis stabilization. Jessica provides care under clinical supervision as she completes full licensure.
She approaches care with respect for each person’s lived experience, strengths, and goals, creating space for clients to build insight, practical coping strategies, and meaningful change.
