Jennifer Sluga

As Clinical Director, Jennifer provides the clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision that keep care at Solace Grove safe, consistent, and grounded in trust. A therapist, trainer, and consultant who specializes in complex trauma, she is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant and a Wisconsin board-approved supervisor for clinicians pursuing LPC and SAC licensure — the foundation she draws on to guide our clinical team and shape trauma-informed practices across the practice.

An Army veteran and former Veterans' Service Officer, Jennifer has spent her career serving trauma survivors and training clinicians, advocates, and organizations in survivor-centered care. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a National Certified Counselor, and her work has been recognized with the Wisconsin Women Veteran of the Year Award and UW–Madison's Early Career Award.

Jordan Hoeft

Jordan provides warm, empowering individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. His areas of focus include substance use recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, cultural and ethnic concerns, men’s issues, relationship challenges, and PTSD.

His approaches include strengths-based therapy, trauma-focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and motivational interviewing. Jordan is accepting new Aetna and private-pay clients, currently by secure telehealth throughout Wisconsin.

Julia brings experience from one of Wisconsin’s leading behavioral health hospitals, where she supported children, adolescents, and adults across programs for anxiety, depression recovery, OCD, and DBT-based emotional regulation.

She holds her M.S. in Educational Psychology from UW–Milwaukee and provides care under clinical supervision as she completes full licensure. Julia is accepting new private-pay clients.

Jessica brings nearly a decade in behavioral health, with deep roots in substance use and recovery care. Her experience spans residential recovery and outpatient settings — growing from behavioral health technician to master’s-level clinician — alongside earlier work as a substance abuse counselor.

Her clinical focus includes trauma and PTSD, substance use and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and crisis stabilization. Jessica provides care under clinical supervision as she completes full licensure.

Elizabeth is a fully licensed professional counselor providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She is a Certified ADHD Services Professional and Certified Trauma Treatment Professional.

Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming — grounded in strengths-based, whole-person care. Elizabeth sees clients by secure telehealth throughout Wisconsin.
