2. SMS and Text Messaging Program Terms

Solace Grove offers a mobile messaging program to communicate appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and administrative notifications. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following terms:

  • User Opt-In: Users opt-in by voluntarily requesting an appointment, interacting with our digital intake portals, or checking an explicit SMS opt-in consent box on our web forms.

  • Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and interactions with our clinic. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

  • How to Opt-Out / Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at info@solacegrove.org or (414) 436-7140.

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Use of Telehealth and Electronic Communications

By participating in telehealth services or utilizing our HIPAA-compliant client portals (including systems managed by third-party vendors like SimplePractice), you acknowledge that electronic communications carry inherent security risks, including potential technical interruptions. You agree to use these platforms in accordance with all instructions provided by your clinician.

4. Telephone and AI Communication Technologies

Solace Grove may utilize artificial intelligence-assisted communication technologies, automated call routing systems, transcription tools, and virtual reception services to manage administrative tasks, answer phone inquiries, and schedule appointments. By calling or communicating with our organization via phone, you consent to your call being monitored, recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed by these AI-assisted tools for operational, scheduling, and quality assurance purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, design, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Solace Grove Behavioral Health, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
